Bam Bam Bakehouse x CSR Sugar Partnership

We’ve teamed up with iconic Gold Coast cafe, Bam Bam Bakehouse, to create a Crème Brûlée Tart, available for a limited time in-store from Saturday 13 July.

The delicious Crème Brûlée Tart ($7.90) has been finely crafted with CSR Sugar’s specialty range including Coconut Sugar and Demerara Sugar.

Bam Bam Bakehouse’s Head Pastry Chef, Aurelio Gulinohas, loved creating the limited edition tart saying:

“We’ve been busy in the Bam Bam Bakehouse kitchen developing the delicious dish and experimenting with the different CSR specialty sugars to create the perfect Crème Brûlée Tart. We are thrilled to bring the dish to life and can’t wait to have Gold Coast locals test it out!”

Collaborating with such an innovative cafe like Bam Bam Bakehouse to create a special spin to a traditional dish like Crème Brûlée is important to us at CSR Sugar.
