Charlotte is an avid baker and recipe developer.

Based in Sydney, Australia, Charlotte develops recipes and content for brands such as Marimekko, Kenwood and Williams-Sonoma – and now CSR Sugar. When she isn’t baking, Charlotte is usually travelling as part of her day job as communications manager for a book publisher.

One of our favourite things about Charlotte is her belief in scratch baking. She’s going back to basics with the classic flavours and techniques that our grandparents perfected decades ago.

She brings “Nanna baking” into the 21st century with her first book Just Desserts to be published by Pan Macmillan imprint Plum in November with recipes like this Neapolitan Cake.
