Helen of Mumma’s Country Kitchen, is the home cook that everyone knows and loves. Her baking is reminiscent of a simpler time but there is nothing basic about her recipes. She has a flair for the nostalgic with her classic bundt cakes, cookies and traditional Greek sweets. Yet, she’s not afraid to challenge herself with layered birthday cakes filled with piped icing or by working with new ingredients (her Demerara Sugar encrusted Cardomom Cake was pure genius).

So what makes Helen one of our Favourite Chefs? At the heart of Helen’s baking is natural ingredients (she grows a lot of them), mouth-watering flavours and of course: love.     I was wondering if i could get the recipe of the Spinach pie that you cooked at the Greek Festival in parramatta recently we were sitting in the front row but unfortunately we didnt write the recipe down ,my husband has attempted to cook it but i think we have missed something Thankyou Catherine.
