- 150g unsalted butter, softened
- 1 x pack CSR Vanilla Buttercream Icing mixture
- 3 tsp water
- Using an electric mixer, beat 150g softened unsalted butter until pale.
- Gradually add buttercream icing mix and 3 tsp water, beating continuously for 3-5 min.
- Spread onto cakes and cupcakes using a spatula or piping bag.
